Please verify that you are purchasing the correct item!  Returns will only be accepted for items that are not consistent with the description of the item in the auction.  If an item is sold "As Is" there are no returns accepted unless the item you receive is the wrong item.   I DO NOT offer refunds if you change your mind, decide you ordered the wrong item ,or what you receive is in fact "sustantially consistent" with the description I provide and the terms of the auction in this section

My 14 day (from the day you recieve the item)  inspection and return policy ONLY APPLIES if the item I sent you does not match the model number advertised, or in some other way does not substanatively match the description in the ad.

Because many of the items we sell are "New-other", meaning the box may have been opened or is a store return, etc, there is the possibility there could be minor blemishes or distressed boxes.  This is how we can offer and sell items well below normal market value.  However the vast majority (well over 90%)  are just like new with just a worn box.  So please understand what you are buying and the and especially understand the box my not be pretty.  But we do pack well so that damage does not occur (although I think Fedex could destroy a solid steel cannon ball).  

We try very hard to inspect and describe anything that is substantive or would take away from the usefulness of the item, and describe that in the auction.  For example, I would not consider a nick or scratch on the bottom side of an item to bsubstanative as it would never bee seen or affect functionality, however a scratch on the visual side of an item that can be seen from more that a reasoanble distance away is generally  substantive.  If there is something substanative when  you receive your item and it wasn't detailed in the ad, I will work with you diligently to make things right! I do my best to describe the items and provide pictures, but sometimes non-substanative  little nicks or blemishes miss my inspection, especially if they can only be seen at certain angles.  Remember IF there is a substantive difference, that is a different story and I will work to make it right!!!!

For EBAY motors items, EBAY inserts a compatability chart that sometimes has errors. I have no control of its content.  This information is pulled from some database somehwere that EBAY contracts with.  And generally it matches other vendors on the internet.  It has been known on rare occasions to have errors.  So please verify with the manufacturers website or other sellers on-line that you have the correct application  if there are is any question or you are not sure of the model you need for your specific vehicle. Shipping can be quite expensive on these heavy auto parts, so if you order the wrong item due to not validating the correct application with the manufacturer or other reputable online vendors, I cannot not give refunds.

I cannot be responsible for errors in EBAY's compatability chart!  But, historically(I have had it happen 3 times in about 500 items) they have refunded buyers fully and even let them keep the item as it is an EBAY error.

If an item has some kind of manufacturer defects these are often covered by the manufacturer under thier warranty terms, and we will assist however we can to resolve those claims.  But we do not offer returns for manufacturer defects.  An example might be a tonneau cover is manufacturered 3" short, but the medl we send is what the manufacturer claims fits that truck.  The manufacturer guarantees fitment generally, so they would handle an exchange or claim.
 
Items damaged in shipping are covered by insurance(at my cost) that we have on all shipments.  There is no extra cost to you.   We will gladly file a claim for you or you can file the claim yourself, if damage occurs.  Let us know ASAP and keep the packaging,  If we file the claimfor you, it generally takes 7-21 days to recieve the money and we will give you that claim money.  Claims do require pictures of the outer packaging that indicates where the damage occurred, as well as several pictures of the internal packaging and contents and damage.  It also requires a description of the damage.
 
Again, I apologize for all this legal mumbo jumbo, but there have been several crazy things that buyers have tried to claim or do in the past year or so.



We are not a regular business, but just my 18 year old son and I who are trying to make some extra money for his college and living expenses.  We purchase trukcloads and pallets of items that are often Amazon orother major store returns that have damaged boxes, but the contents are fine.  We check the items, for damage and completeness, and then repackage them( when necessary) and generally can offer them at substantially less than the price you can find them at other places.  I have been doing EBAY for around 15 years and have a great feedback,.and try very hard to please our customers and many are repeat customers.
