'71-'72 Cutlass/442 Dash Instrument Bezel Used OEM (4514)

This is a used OEM (factory) chrome with wood grain trim dash instrument bezel that came out of a 1972 Cutlass. Part #404654 It appears to be the same wood grain as the 1971 models. It is in good drivers condition. The woodgrain insert is very nice but the chrome on the trim is thin and aged in a few spots. There are also a couple of nicks in the flat black surfaces and some ageing. Otherwise it is very solid and presentable with no cracks or warpage.

I usually ship by UPS but will consider other options. The only thing I require with other methods is an ability to track the package which might cost you more.Large items are usually sent UPS ground or GPX (Greyhound).Email me with your city,state and zip code for shipment cost of large or heavy items if you would like a GPX quote!I need all of this info to calculate the shipping. Please note! I do not charge more for the shipping than the shippers charge me!I do charge a $2 handling fee which helps defray the cost of shipping materials. I do not make profit on any of the shipping charges!I do combine shipping on multiple purchases if they can be shipped together in a single package thus the shipping will go by weight and size if that applies but will be less than if they were shipped separetly.

General Policies

The products I sell are usually used parts so rarely will they be perfect. Understanding this and my customer needs, I do try real hard to describe any and all imperfections so please make sure you read my description since all items are sold as is and there are no returns unless it is my mistake.Also understand that since I try to be as honest as I can, the items can sound worse than they really are. I would rather have you surprised by getting something better than you thought it was, rather than the other way around. I also ask that you pay within 3 days .Most buyers are very good about this but I have had a few non payers and if I don't hear from you then I start thinking you may be one of them.If you have any questions about an item please feel free to email me.If you change your mind about an item you have bought, Please do not ignore the payment reminders. I'm willing to work with buyers if they are open and honest with me.

Shipping

I have included a shipping calculator at the bottom of this page. It has all the info entered so all you have to do is enter your zip code and it will give you the shipping cost for this item. I usually ship by UPS ground but also offer USPS Priority and Express mail if the item is not oversized.The choice will be yours! On very large items, I can also ship by GPX (Greyhound) to the bus depot nearest to you to pick up there.They are usually cheaper.To get a GPX quote, please email me and include your city and state. GPX does not deliver and the item has to be picked up at the nearest GPX bus depot If you want an item shipped by the postal service it has to be Express or Priority with delivery conformation and insurance.Please do not ask me to package an item in an unsafe manner just to save on the shipping cost. To do so , if the item gets damaged, will cost one of both of us. Carriers have packing guidelines to insure that items are packed correctly and to not follow them can cause them to refuse a claim if the item was damaged and they determine it was not packed right.

Bidding and Buy it Now's

Also please check the shipping cost first. It is not fair to me, you or other buyers if you don't and then don't want to pay what it cost to ship that item. Please understand that when you do buy and don't pay, you have removed my item from the market for a minimum of 2 weeks and perhaps more. If you buy or win an auction and do not pay, then your user name will be added to a list of those who are not allowed to bid or buy from me.

Shipping and Handling Cost and Time

My handling cost is $2.00. This is a charge I'm allowed for all the packing material.It is based on a average over several months of those expenses. Those cost can range from free boxes up to $15 a box or more. Same with the rest of the packing material.The larger or more fragile the item the more material. I also use that handling fee to cover extra insurance if needed and for delivery conformation. These two items protect both of us. I try to ship small and average size packages within 24 business hours of payment. Large oversize items can take up to 3 days for me to pack and ship. .I always send a shipping notice on the day I ship with the cost and tracking info. If you do not receive it, please check your spam box and/or Ebay's message center.I always offer 2 to three ways to ship. What I offer is determined by the size of the package. It is your choice! USPS Priority states 2 to 3 days for most domestic packages but they do not promise delivery in that time frame. UPS ground usually takes 2 to 5 business days but in most case will have it there on the date they say!. Please do not complain if you chose a slower method of shipping because it is cheapest of the 3.There is no shipping on weekends or holidays! Please remember that I'm just the middleman on the shipping. When you pay the money goes from you to PayPal where it is used to pay the carrier.That money is never in my pockets. Occasionally the shipping calculator will over charge. I always will notify you in the shipping notice and refund the difference. On the other hand it can go the other way and you will not have paid enough. I will inform you of that but I will not ask that you pay the difference.Watch for the shipping notice and if you have a refund coming, watch your PayPal account for it.

International buyer's

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer s responsibility. Please check with your country s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
