Standard Return Policy You may return merchandise purchased from Dealtastic for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements are followed. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. All products that are being returned for refund or store credit are accompanied by a minimum 20% restocking fee. The item must be in brand new condition, no components missing (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.
