Shipping to Hawaii/Alaska/US Protectorates/APO/FPO/P.O. Boxes: We DO ship to the following states & other areas, but there are extra restrictions & specific guidelines.  To make it less confusing for the buyer, we had to block these ways. Just give us a call (1-866-533-7667) or by email at the 'Ask a Question' link at the top of the page, with your address and we can tell you what it would cost for shipping.
 
 
Shipping Carriers: All items will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. We will ship worldwide but extra shipping charges may apply. Some estimates may not show until checkout. At this time, we are no longer shipping US orders with USPS and with good reason. USPS has lost 1-2 packages a week on average, and does not provide accurate tracking. If you must have an order that must be delivered to a PO box, please call us so we may enable USPS shipping.

International Shipping: We do ship most items internationally. If we will not ship internationally (usually larger products such as cabs, large windshields, etc.), there will be a message in the item description alerting you. We will allow USPS carriers for international orders; we understand many countries find customs easier to deal with via USPS. We will absolutely not mark packages as "gifts" or do anything else to reduce customs charges. We are not responsible for customs charge - it is your responsibility to research your country's customs and to pay for them. *Due to the varying shipping customs and rates, we CANNOT guarantee international shipping to be correct. If the shipping needs to be more or less, you will be contacted before the item is shipped**


Free Standard Shipping (ONLY when stated as a shipping option at the top of the page): Free shipping will be via UPS Ground and ONLY TO THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.
 
Free 2 Day Air Shipping  (ONLY when stated as a shipping option at the top of the page): Free shipping will be via UPS 2 Day Air as long as the order is cleared by Wednesday and is for the lower 48 states ONLY. Because of when we work and that UPS doesn't ship on Saturday or Sunday, to ensure you get your part in two days, it must be cleared by Wednesday at 12 pm Eastern Standard time.

Our Hours and When we Ship: Most items will ship within the next business day of receipt of the order; but, sometimes, it does take a little longer. We're open Monday thru Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time. If you choose USPS shipping, it might take a little longer to get your item out because we do USPS a few days a week, where we do UPS Monday-Friday.

Back Orders: We try to be very careful to only sell items that we have regular access to. Sometimes, a manufacturer has become overwhelmed with their production, and an item is placed on back order. Sometimes we know of this ahead of time, and sometimes we only find out when we try to order the item for a customer. If there is a back order, you will be contacted and given the option to keep the item on backorder or cancel with a full refund.

Please do not purchase items based only on the picture. We sometimes use stock photos from the manufacturer's website or catalogue. These photos are generally a photo that best represents the item's finish, style & design, but not for fitment. For all fitments, please refer to our item description. If you buy an item and assume the fitment is correct based only on the picture, you will be subject to a return/exchange/restock fee. Returns 
Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of receipt except on electrical or closeout items. There are different reasons for return outlined below.
**NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS** 
 
 
Items Shipped Incorrectly:  Any item shipped incorrectly can be returned for an exchange.
 
 
Exchanges:  Items that are exhanged are not subject to a restock and may be exhanged for any product of equal value.
 
 
Returns for refund:  All returns must be in the original package in "new" condition. Any item shiped back to us damaged or scratched in installation will not be accepted. All returns for refund are subject to a 25% restock fee.
 
Return Shipping:  Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless other arrangements are made with management. Customers are NOT eligible for free return shipping if customer has decided they no longer want the item and request a refund or exchange or if the customer bought the wrong item.
 
 
Damaged in Shipping:  When a package is recieved damaged, the carrier needs to be notified and we also need to be notified within 5 days of recipt. We will file the claim with the carrier and send out another one.
The buyer is responsible for shipping for returned items.

Closeout or Discontinued Items:  Closeout or discontinued items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. These items are sold as-is. Any closeout item will have closeout or discontinued in the description.
