This auction is for the factory seat seen in the pictures.  This was removed from a 1949 Dodge one ton truck. You can see that for its age, it is in really good condition.  This is not all rusty!  We tried to take a lot of pictures so you can evaluate this.  This is the factory "air ride" seat that was so innovative at the time.  We are not sure how this interchanges with other truck seats so it is your responsiblity to make sure it works for you.  You will get the actual pieces seen in the pictures.  The auction even includes the metal tag that is mounted inside the cab to show how the seat control works.  Unfortunately this is too big and too heavy for us to ship.  Consequently we are offering this for local pick up only.  If you have someone who can package it or ship it for you, we will be happy to arrange delivering it to a reasonable location.  Please ask all question prior to bidding.  We want to help as much as we can and we want everyone to be happy after the purchase.
