Akrapovic Evolution Line full exhaust systems are designed for riders who demand the ultimate performance from their motorcycles. These systems are significantly lighter when compared to the stock exhaust system and feature exceptional production quality, high-tech materials and of course, increased engine performance combined with pure racing sound output. Every Akrapovic Evolution Line exhaust system is developed to complement the racing character for each application.

This kit is comprised of titanium headers, collector and mid-pipes, these exhausts are mated to a muffler fabricated with titanium internals and sleeved in titanium with a carbon fiber end cap.

Measurements of the Akrapovic exhaust system on the Yamaha YZF-R6 (without muffler insert):

Power and Torque: The power increase with the Akrapovic system is substantial, and can be seen from 7,000 rpm right to the top of the range. At 15,000 rpm we measured 121.1 HP, with max. increased power of 5 HP at 8,600 rpm. The system's effect on the torque curve is similar to the power curve. The main increase starts at around 6,500 rpm and continues right into the over-rev range.

Please be mindful, these measurements were taken on Akrapovic's in-house SuperFlow dyno using a motor with fuel delivery modifications. You can expect greater power output increases with a proper fuel mapping done by a competent dyno technician for your particular machine!
