Q1: Are your plastics painted in black/ white color as shown in the pictures?
A1: The pictures are just for reference. These items can be formed in either black or white unpainted ABS plastics depending to the current stock.
Q2: Why some scratches are found on the item? is that an used piece?
A2: All of our products are brand new items. Because the ABS plastic is soft in its raw form, scratches on the item are normal phenomenon. Also, it is easily made light scratches even during packaging and long distance delivery. This is normal and will never affect the functionality and safety of the item.
Q3: What are the differences between raw and painted fairing? Which one I should get?
A3: Raw fairing -- it is unpainted so you have to either get it painted from a local workshop, or DIY as you like (priming-> sanding-> painting-> clear coating). Unpainted fairing sample: Sample 1, Sample 2, Sample 3, Sample 4
Painted fairing -- it is painted with the requested color and finished by clear coating. You can make your very unique or team fairing by adding your customer design decals or stickers on it followed by 2-3 layers of clear coat if needed. ***We welcome custom design. Shipping: Your item will ship out in around 12-15 working days after payment being cleared. We Use Express air registered mail only to make sure you receive the item in the shortest time. If your country are not in the list we ship to, please contact us before you bidding them.
Customs Issues (Taxes/VAT) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. The delivery company will return the parts to China if you wouldn’t pay for the import taxes (this is not shipping cost, but the import taxes from your custom), we will not refund you.
Return and Exchange Policy All sales are final. Return and Exchange can only be issued on defective item or wrong item shipped. Only exchange is allowed for wrong item purchased, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and subsequent replacement shipping cost. Replacement item will be processed and shipped upon return and inspection of the original item. Damaged Item - Damaged merchandise includes items that are damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept delivery and then find shipping damage, please save all packaging material and paperwork and contact us immediately. Digital photos will be required for all cases. Defective or Wrong Item Shipped - If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please save all packaging material and paperwork, and contact us immediately with the item number, ebay ID, and defect description within 7 days after the date of package arrived, and we will process your request immediately. Replacement item will be processed and shipped upon return and inspection of the original item. No Claims will be accepted after 7 days. Digital photos are required for all cases of defective item. - Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
