Our products are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We deliver your items to you in the condition that we would expect as Karters ourselves.

1. How long will my order take?
Royal Mail on average takes 2 - 3 working days for delivery but please allow up to 7. Express services in most circumstances takes 1 working day but please allow 3. We ship everything paid for before 3.30p.m. same day. We check our stock levels on a daily basis, but on the rare occasion when something is sold which is out of stock, we will contact you with alternatives within one working day.


2. Can I change an order once completed?
If you need to change an address, add or correct an item, please contact us via an eBay message as quick as possible and we will do our best to adjust it. However, we may not always see it before your order is posted due to our automated system.


3. How does international shipping work?
We can ship anything worldwide with the exception of certain items not allowed by our couriers, including oils and lubricants. Shipping costs are on most of our eBay listings however for combined postage please contact us.
International shipping on average takes 5 - 7 working days, but can be up to 28. Express services takes from just 2 days.
