The Sealed Power brand combines advanced materials and patented designs to meet the demands of specific applications for rebuilt engines. Sealed Power bearings have application-specific lining materials and are precision fit for endurance.

Main Bearings:

Federal-Mogul's Sealed Power brand main bearings, available in half-groove, three-quarter-groove and full-groove designs, are manufactured using preferred OE technologies and cutting-edge materials that produce superior quality and durability.
The company’s patented “Ramp and Flat” Contoured Flange design, a significant improvement in engine-bearing technology, doubles thrust-load capability, reduces wear dramatically and improves lubricity between the flange face and the thrust surface.

When installing any bearing:
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO POLISH THE BEARING RUNNING SURFACE WITH ANY TYPE OF ABRASIVE PAD OR PAPER.
Bearing overlay layers are extremely soft and thin, typically .0005” on high performance parts.
These thin layers can easily be damaged or removed by abrasive media. Because the overlay layer is electroplated,
it may exhibit microscopic plating nodules that make it feel slightly rough.
The nodules are the same material as the rest of the plated layer and will quickly be flattened by the shaft.

Shipping
Northern Auto Parts ships all domestic orders via UPS. The shipping charge is determined by your shipping method, package weight, and dimensions. If you purchase multiple items from us, we can combine your shipping cost to save you money. Also, just use the shipping and payments tab to calculate your shipping if purchasing more than one of the same item.

We are happy to ship items internationally. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that items shipped internationally take more days to arrive then domestic orders.

Attention Australian Customers: We will automatically upgrade any packages over 15 pounds to UPS Expedited to Australia. This will give you better tracking and get you your package faster. Again, we will not charge you any extra for UPS Expediated to Australia on packages 15 pounds or greater. We get great rates from UPS to Australia, and we are happy to pass them on to our customers.
