Window Regulator Replacement Tips:

• Check Window Seals and Run Channels for excessive wear, which creates friction on the glass, and in turn causes more stress on the Window Regulator.
• Window Run channels should be cleaned and lubricated before installation of a new Window Regulator Assembly. Silicone spray works well.
• Replacement regulators should have a liberal amount of grease on the slide area. If there is not much grease present, white lithium grease works well.
• To access the Window Regulator, a plastic pry tool is useful. It will not easily damage delicate trim like a screwdriver or a metal pry bar.
