Payment Policy

Payment is due within 7 Days of Auction closing or we will relist the item and file an Unpaid Item Dispute. For our orders we accept Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy from the date of purchase. Please contact us for RMA instructions and approval before shipping item back.
Your return must be related to the functionality of the product and must be pre-approved or it may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee
Product must be returned in the original packaging with all of the original accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please ship item back via a service that provides tracking and insurance. We do not issue any refunds or exchanges for any part that is damaged or lost in transit back to us.

Shipping Policy

All Domestic orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment clearing.
All International orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing.
If you require your order to be shipped out the same day the order is placed the order needs to be placed and you need to call and speak to one of our customer service reps before Noon EST.
We will email your tracking number after we have processed your order for shipment. This is usually several hours before the respective carrier will pickup the item. So please wait at least 1 day after receiving the tracking information before you try to track your package.
If you do not receive your tracking information please be sure to check your SPAM filters before calling us about the tracking information.
When submitting your shipping address please be careful and double check the address. If you email us after you have paid for the item we are not always able to correct an address before an item ships. Our shipping department processes orders before our customer service department checks emails.

NEW OEM	Item was originally made for use by an OEM as a part of a system. Even though it may have the same partnumber as a standard part; this item may be configured specifically for the OEM that originally order it.
NEW Open Box	Item is new and has been removed from its original packaging
NEW Pulls	Item was originally installed in a new system that was scrapped or recycled before it was put into service. We have removed it and repackaged it for individual sale.
Pulled & Tested	Item was removed from a used system, cleaned, tested, and re-packaged for individual sale.
Refurbished	Item was removed from a used system and refurbished to make it fully functional.
Retail Returns	Item was sold and returned. We have repackaged it and tested it to guarantee functionality
Used	Item was used. We have tested, cleaned and re-packaged it for sale.

Prime 1 Year	We will cover this item for 1 Year from the date of purchase. For 1 year if the item stops functioning we will repair or replace it with a comparable unit. Please contact us for return instructions before sending the unit back.
Prime 30 Day	We will cover this item for 30 Days from the date of purchase. For 30 Days if the item stops functioning we will repair or replace it with a comparable unit. Please contact us for return instructions before sending the unit back.
Prime 90 Day	We will cover this item for 90 Days from the date of purchase. For 90 Days if the item stops functioning we will repair or replace it with a comparable unit. Please contact us for return instructions before sending the unit back.

None of our warranties cover return shipping. In all cases the buyer is responsible for paying the return freight charges for any items covered by our warranties.
