Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs are clearly stated in each listing. Currently, we ship only to the 48 US continental states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. Shipping charge for additional quantities of this item, if available, will be stated on the shipping listing. Tracking information will be sent within 24hrs of shipment.
- Small items are shipped through FedEx, UPS or USPS ground service. All items require a physical address for delivery. No PO boxes. While the average delivery time is within 5 business days, shipments may take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
- Large and bulky items may ship via truck freight. Shipments via truck freight require a delivery appointment and a phone number so please message us with your phone number. The truck line will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery includes liftgate service, which means the truck driver will remove your shipment from the truck and place it on the ground (such as on your driveway or sidewalk). Truck delivery does not include unpacking or setup service.
- Local pick up is available at our Long Beach, California location. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm. All items must be pre-paid through PayPal prior to pickup. Please email us prior to pick up to confirm your order is ready for pick up. All local pick up must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

Return Policy
- At GetTools4Less we offer a no-hassle 14 day money back guarantee on most of the items we sell. Occasionally we will sell items AS-IS which will not be accepted as a return, but those listings will be clearly marked so buyers know exactly what they are purchasing.
Return Policy Requirements
- To process a return, please send us a message so we can provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number will only be issued during the 14-day return period which begins on the date of shipment. Please provide the following information when requesting a RA:
- Full Name
- Date of Purchase
- Return Item(s)
- Order Number
- Mailing Address
- For returns due to defect or GetTools4Less error we will provide you with an RA number along with a shipping label and tracking number. Once you have been given a RA number, you have 3 business days to ship out the item(s) you wish to return. For returns due to any other reason besides defect or GetTools4Less error we will provide a RA number but you will be responsible for returning items at their own expense. GetTools4Less is not liable for product that is damaged, lost or stolen during the shipping process for returned items.
- Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) has been received at our location, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unauthorized Returns
- Any items returned to GetTools4Less without a RA number will incur a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee based on the order amount excluding tax and shipping.
Refunds vs. Replacements
- Once returned items are received we will issue a refund within 4 business days. We will accommodate replacement orders if inventory is available and only upon request.
