1984 Honda 200S Clutch Arm Actuator Adjuster. Complete, except for the adjuster screw and jam nut, in excellent working condition. many times, these are left off of machines by shade tree mechanics who can't figure out what they do, or how they go back on. If you ATC "pops" into gear just as soon as you kick the shifter, this is the likely culpret. It disengages the rear clutch when you shift. It also saves LOTS of wear and tear on your front (centrifrugal) clutch and transmission.
