Returns
If an issue arises that is our fault, the customer will be taken care of without expense on their end.
In the event the customer changes his/her mind, we will accept the return within 14 days. Please contact us direct first.
We offer free shipping on many auctions, but this is not free on our end. In the unlkely event of a return we will have to deduct actual shipping charges from the refund.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Plug N Play led bulbs up to $100 are excluded.
Item in stock?
If any product ordered is not in stock, we will contact you with an ETA and choice to cancel for a 100% refund. With the vast amount of products we have, it is impossible to keep daily inventory levels of each product.
