A D2C bulb is a bulb that has notches in the base to fit both D2R and D2S housings. Many newer vehicles that come with an HID system from the factory use either a D2R or a D2S bulb. This is one of the most common types of HID bulbs used by car manufacturers. D2C bulbs can be used with any vehicle that uses either a D2R or D2S bulb because the base fits both of these head light housings.

The color of light is also dependent on the reflector housing your vehicle has, different vehicle have different design on reflector housing, and they will have different concentrating center and reflection widths. A 6000K white bulb appears yellowish at certain angles because the reflector lens bends the light around the cutoff points but leaves the road white. The possibility of this situation happens slim to none.
