All items sold are returnable unless otherwise specified. Credit will only be issue if the item is received in our warehouse in re-salable condition w/ the original box. Some items like gasket sets and electrical parts are not returnable once opened and/or installed. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. For customer satisfaction reasons we usually waive this fee if the part is returned within 30 days from the date the shipping carrier delivers the item, after that all returns are for warranty replacement only. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. Do not accept it from the shipping carrier if it is damaged. Contact customer service at 619-447-4008 and we will be glad to work out a re-shipment or a refund if you cannot wait. We do our best to package items securely but anything can happen during shipment. If damage occurs your patience is appreciated, getting it fixed will be our top priority.
