This is a used OEM factory original LH or driver side headlight for the 2010-2012 Nissan Altima in good condition.There are no bad scratches on the lens (see pics).There is only normal wear.There is 1 repaired mounting tab on the bottom (see pics).This light does come with the headlight bulbs.I only accept Pay Pal.
