The following paragraphs explain important features of this catalog.
STANDARDIZED GOVERNMENT GROUPING - The parts listed in this catalog are divided into groups and subgroups in accordance with the Standardized Government Grouping. This division into groups facilitates the location and identification of each part. The Standardized Government Grouping as adapted to this catalog is outlined on pages 7 to 9.
ILLUSTRATION ~ Each illustration is identified by a figure number and title, and an index of all figures and the pages on which they appear will be found in the back of the book. Items appearing on the illustrations are identified in the accompanying legend by noun, number and group.
COMPONENTS OF KITS, SETS AND ASSEMBLIES—Whenever any doubt might exist as to what items are included as components of kits, sets or assemblies, an explanatory note or complete listing of such components is shown.Format: 8.5X11 inches
The pictures are very usable and not
washed out or too dark like many of the manuals I have seen that from copy
machines. This is laser printed on 24
pound paper. Copy paper is generally 20
pound and you can feel the difference.
It is bound with GBC plastic combs so that it will lay flat. If you would like I can, rather than bind
with the plastic comb, three hole punch it for your binder.
If you are collecting military manuals or
looking for a prop to display at your next show, this is not the manual you want. If you want some usable information on American
Half-Tracks used during WWII that will
lay flat on your bench when you are working on your pride and joy or some
period information on how it was done back Seventy years ago while you curl
up in front of the fire this winter, this is the one you need.
Shipping ~ I’ll pay that in the US. $50.00 Outside the US. Flat Rate Box. I use the US Post Office.
