You are looking at a quality set of 1933-34 Ford Passenger Car Running Board Covers. They are new and were not installed. They are a quality molded set to fit the contour of that exact year. Comes with instructions and does not include cement. Use any rubber to metal contact cement as found in a floor or carpet supply store. Have sold many sets including to dealers as Outlaw Performance.
