It is black plated billet aluminum, fits 7" x 4" plates, and has hidden wiring(3 wires: ground, tail light and brake light.)

It has additional light at the bottom to illuminate the license plate.

It mounts in place of the outer axle spacer.

Fits most custom applications, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki choppers with 1 inch back axle.
