Up for sale is a new Throttle Position Sensor, commonly referred to as the TPS. These are high quality aftermarket replacement parts. The throttle position sensor informs the PCM or Powertrain Control Module about the throttle position. The PCM then uses this info in order to adjust timing and fuel mixture. This allows for greater FUEL ECONOMY and MORE POWER to get the most from your engine! This will fit the majority of the following automobiles (*see Important Notes). Shipping is not just postage, it is a special sized box, bubble wrap,
peanuts, label paper, tape, ink, transportation, insurance, etc.
Handling charges are added to help compensate us for all the eBay and PayPal fees.
Your Address
It is YOUR responsibility to keep your shipping address updated on eBay and PayPal.
This is the only address that we are allowed to ship the package to per eBay and PayPal's terms.
If your shipping address is a Post Office Box,
we will assume that your Post Office will accept a large package.
Unless you notify us differently.
Should the package be returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address you have on file,
additional shipping costs will be collected to compensate for reshipping the item back to you.
If you decide not to pay these additional shipping charges,
we will issue you a refund less the shipping cost and charge a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Time
When your payment clears, your order will normally
ship within 24 hours (not including weekends & holidays).
eBay provides a general estimate of delivery time, but it is in no way a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping Method
We ship the majority of our products with USPS because they are convenient, efficient and reliable.
If you require your item shipped via a specific carrier or manner,
for example: Federal Express with Signature Required, it is your responsibility to notify us BEFORE

must be shipped with signature confirmation per eBay and PayPal's terms.

The WARRANTY on this product is a 30-day limited and conditional warranty.
A limited 30-day warranty from the purchase date applies to this part.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Coverage
We will repair, replace, or adjust any item deemed defective or refund the purchase price at our option.
If you replace the part with a third-party's part before allowing us to rectify the situation first,
it will void the warranty and no refund will be given.
Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, modification,
racing, mishandling, accidents, or normal wear & tear.
Any part that, in our sole opinion, shows evidence of operating or being installed
against manufacturer’s recommendations will not be covered by this warranty.
Also excluded from the warranty are New Old Stock (NOS) items and used parts which we will
always do our best to represent, but cannot guarantee their performance or quality.
We will not be responsible for labor charges, inconveniences, or any other
miscellaneous expenses and incidental or consequential damages caused by the item.
This warranty is limited to the retail price paid for the product less the shipping cost.
All items being returned must be sent postpaid with delivery confirmation.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
In addition, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
and some do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

Return Policy

Full Refunds are issued only on items that are a gross misrepresentation
from its picture and description or if we shipped the wrong item.
Reason 1: Ordered the Wrong Part or No Longer Need
This item is returnable within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided it is in brand new
NON-Installed (showing no signs of wear or installation) NON-altered resalable condition.
Once a sealed item's packaging has been opened, the item will be considered to have been installed.
Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
Once an item has been installed, it then falls under the warranty if one applies to this item.
The item must be returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee, to refuse any return or
refuse a refund if the item is no longer resalable.
A refund will be given at the final auction or buy-it-now price less
shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Reason 2: Item is Defective
In order to claim an electrical item is defective, you will need to supply
your VIN (vehicle identification number), your vehicle's electrical system's voltage reading
and the part's voltage reading before returning it to us.
We will also test the part when we receive it.
If it tests correctly, we will charge the restocking fee.
If you are not able to supply this information,
you will need to return this under the terms of reason number 1.
This item has been manufactured to be installed by a competent mechanic.
It will not Fall Apart or Break under normal installation.
If you or your mechanic damages or breaks this item, that does not mean it was defective.
It means it was not installed properly.
Therefore, if the item gets bent or broken by excessive force or shorted out due to voltage irregularities,
it is NOT defective and cannot be returned for that reason.
Reason 3. Damages Caused by Carrier
If an item arrives damaged from shipping, it must be reported to us immediately
(no more than 3 days), so that we can correct the situation.
Carriers will not accept damage claims after 5 days of delivery.
You must retain all outer cartons, boxes, packing material, and labels until
the claim process has been finalized.
If you do not notify us within 3 days or refuse to assist us in the claims process,
you will forfeit your refund.
