Shipping
Nobody on the web ships faster than Malibu Wholesale. Orders placed Monday-Friday are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt of full payment and usually sooner. Orders placed Friday Afternoon-Sunday evening are shipped Monday. Upon checkout you will be able to choose your preferred method of delivery(Ground, 3-Day, Overnight, etc.). We CAN ship to PO Boxes and APO Addresses via USPS only. Please Note: Items over 50lbs and/or Oversized items cannot be shipped by the US Postal Service and require a physical address. If you are unsure or have questions, please contact us before purchasing.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please

additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are
normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when
you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping
charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as
gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such
behavior.
You will be emailed a Tracking Number as soon as your order is processed. Please save this tracking number for your reference. Keep in mind that USPS does not always update their tracking information everyday.

Return Policy
You may return this item for a Full Refund, including Original Shipping. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return an item, please E-mail via eBay message for an RA # and Return Instructions. All returned items must be unopened and/or in new, resellable condition in order for refund to be issued.
Damaged Items: All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please notify us immediately, so we can file a claim with the carrier. Upon confirmation of the claim by the carrier, a replacement item will be sent. |
