Within the period of warranty, the fees of replacement for defective in quality  are at our cost only if the replacement is the same kind and the same size as  the defective items. The returned items must be in the complete original packing  first.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be  dealt with on next Monday. We ship your items by FedEx,  DHL, UPS, USPS, and EMS, etc after your payment  being received. 

Delivery normally takes 3-5 working  days. 

However, the shipment might be delayed due to the customs random check, other  clearance reasons or public holidays. Notification of shipment with tracking  number will be sent to buyers.

We  offer discounts for combine shipping. Please contact us first if you need  combine shipping, and an invoice with discount will be sent to you.

If you  have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us.  We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.

 

Charges

Please  note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or  shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If your shipping  address belongs to remote  areas,  buyers have to pay additional  shipping fees,  hope your understanding.

Warranty covers 2 years.

 

Return & Exchange

1. If  you need return or exchange items, please inform us within 7days after received  them and tell us the reasons. (Any return or exchange exceeding 7 days will not  be accepted.) It will be processed after received your returned items. Any  returning or exchanging items must be in the original package and intact.

2. Within  the period of warranty, the fees of replacement for defective in quality are at  our cost only if the replacement is the same kind and the same size as the  defective items. The returned items must be in the complete original packing  first.

3.  Within 14 days since the date of sale, buyers are responsible for all fees of  the replacement with another kind or size and make sure that the returned items  are in the complete original packing. After 14 days, only defective items can be  returned or exchanged.

4. All  replacement products are under brand new conditions with 1year warranty of DOA.

 

 Others

1. Any  defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse,  modification, improper, installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact are  not covered by guarantee policy.

2. Any  damage of the lighting system of vehicle caused by vehicle system modifications  or improper operation is not in the scope of warranty.

3.  Please provide us with the relevant pictures of returned items. The items must  be returned in the intact original packaging. Damage in transit shall be borne  by the freight paying party.
