1. We ship worldwide with flat rate shipping by Singapore Amail.We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days). the cost is a higher than standard postage, about $30 or higher. If you want post by EMS or DHL, please contact us.
2. We will use your shipping address filed on EBAY as the shipping address for the merchandise. If you would like to change the address, please contact us message after your payment.
3. Buyers have to pay for the return cost and we will pay the cost for resend.
4. We provide 12 months warranty for all items. We would refund or exchange a new one when the defective one return.
5. We will provide tracking number when the total amount is more than $100.If it's below $100,we feel sorry that there is no tracking number.
6. All the items will be dispatched within 1 business day by Hong Kong or Singapore Airmail after the payment is clear. Items will arrive in 10-35 business days.
