If claim is needed to be made, please save all original packing materials such as box, box filler, labeling, tape or claim may not get fulfilled upon request. After claim is made and the motions are completed entirely, only exchange of same part that was originally damaged is acceptable. All parcels are send by local post office - priority international service. Also UPS courier is available worldwide, please ask me if you like your parcel to be send by UPS Expedited or Express.
