The price of the auction includes:
1.      Diagnosis of the malfunction;
2.      Repair (logic malfunction);
3.      Tuner overhaul;
4.      Sending back the tuner to the customer (ex. UPS courier).

 

The price of the auction does not include:
1.      Tuner delivery to our service site;
2.      Purchase of spare parts in case of an mechanical malfunction.
 

The tuner is diagnosed, repaired and sent back on the next business day after receipt of the package, except situations, in which mechanical malfunction has been found out; in that case the tuner is repaired after the spare parts have been purchased.



Transaction process:

Customer: purchases the service and transfers the amount due (PayPal);

Seller: informs the Customer about the address, the tuner should be sent to;

Customer: sends the tuner to our service site;

Seller: diagnoses and repairs the tuner;

Seller: informs the customer about the repair process;

Seller: sends the tuner back to the address defined by the Customer (UPS courier, Feedex or DHL 3-5 days within EU);

Customer: places a comment concerning the transaction;

Seller: places a comment concerning the transaction.
