The double braided nylon construction provides superior strength to most other three-strand nylon ropes and is also easier to handle.
Selecting the Right Anchor Line
One of the most popular rules of thumb when selecting an anchor line size is to have 1/8" of anchor line diameter for every 9' of boat. In other words, 3/8" anchor line would be suitable for most boats up to 27'.
Appropriate sizing may vary depending on boat type, anchoring conditions, and other factors.
