You are purchasing a USED PART (unless otherwise stated in the listing). Used parts can sometimes stop functioning when removed from the donor vehicle. For this reason, we inspect our parts AT LEAST TWICE before sending the item off to you. Every once in a while, our inspectors find that the part is no longer suitable for use. When this happens, we contact the buyer and process an immediate refund.

 

Our customers are VERY important to us.  We do everything possible to insure our you get the best quality part. If we can't provide that, we will return your money to you in short order.

Our Warranty is for 6 months on used parts and 1 year for new parts, from time of purchase. If your part is damaged during shipping or is defective, contact us immediately.We will send you a free replacement if available. If not we will provide you with a full refund including shipping costs. We do not reimburse for labor cost or second party shipping costs to another country under any conditions.. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Large items such as Engines and Transmissions must be installed by a licensed mechanic. A statement from your mechanic on company letterhead must accompany ALL engine and transmission warranty claims.

ALL LARGE ITEMS ARE SENT VIA FREIGHT.  A VALID PHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE FREIGHT SHIPMENTS.   PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A VALID PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN BE REACHED AT.  THIS WILL PREVENT PROBLEMS IN GETTING YOUR ORDER TO YOU IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME!

We ship internationally via the Ebay Global Shipping Program.   Items that do not qualify for this program can also be shipped directly.

Parts Grading (Wheels Only) A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age..
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part, with pronounced cosmetic damage.
D Grade - Usable but in very poor cosmetic condition.
