This is a left Oem headlight off a 2015 civic lens and mounting tabs are in perfect and unbroken only has a lens tab knocked off shown in pic 3 but when mounted in car the grill covers it and it no visible and does not compromise the integrity of the headlight everything works as it should this light is in excellent condition and u will not be disappointed
