The Mercury part number is 817275A09 for the water pump kit.  The face plate (817276 1), the seal carrier (888909A 1, 8M0007131) and everything you see is included.

This Mercury outboard lower gear case water pump housing is not corroded or otherwise damaged.  

You will get one used Mercury Verado impeller housing that is in great working condition.
