It may not have any missing parts, hardware or instructions The following orders are not returnable: Items sealed in a clear plastic bag and are (GREEN) labeled as non-returnable may not be opened. The bags are clear so you can view and inspect the item. Product in such bags must be returned as received (Sealed).
