We ship Monday through Friday and offer shipping via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipments, UPS Standard to Canada, and USPS Priority Mail International for international shipments.

**Note: The maximum weight limit for USPS Priority Mail International is 70 pounds. We can ship UPS Ground to a domestic freight forwarding service of your choosing. Otherwise, please contact us to arrange shipping for items 70+ pounds.

Return Policy:

We make every effort to describe each item we sell to the best of our abilities and strive to make your purchase both pleasant and memorable. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of delivery so that we may be able to address your concerns. If a compromise cannot be reached and you still would like to return the item(s), we will initiate a final value fee credit request with eBay stating that we (buyer and seller) have mutually agreed to cancel the transaction. Once the case is closed, please return the item(s) and we will issue the refund immediately upon receipt of the item(s). We do not charge a restocking fee but all costs associated with return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance Claim Policy:

We package every item with the utmost care and use new packaging materials to ensure the best possible protection during transit. Unfortunately, some times even the best proactive shipping measures are not enough to prevent catastrophe; for this reason, we automatically insure every package we ship through Shipsurance Insurance Services. If your item(s) arrive damaged or has not arrived after 21 calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (International shipments), please contact us so that we may file an insurance claim; insurance claims for items shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) must be received within 120 calendar days from the date of shipment, via United Parcel Service (UPS) within 60 calendar days. Please retain all original packaging in the event that your item(s) had arrived damaged as Shipsurance will require photos of the damaged goods and packaging, and a signed claim statement from the buyer/recipient. A full refund of the original purchase price will be credited to the buyer immediately upon confirmation that the insurance claim has been processed.

Unpaid Item Policy:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is expected within (7) days after the auction has ended. In the event payment has not been received within the specified timeframe, an unpaid item case will be filed with eBay and the delinquent buyer's username will be recorded into our Blocked Bidders List.
