Q. How does the NavRepair Service work?
It's simple: Click the link below to download our authorization form, purchase our repair service, include the completed authorization form with the shipment of your unit; we receive your unit; we fix the faulty component(s), and ship your unit back to you.
Q. After I purchase the Repair Service, how long does the repair process take?
Repairs usually take no more then 1 business day once they've been received at our warehouse. Shipping can take 1-6 days each way depending on where you are shipping from and the mode of shipment used.
Shipping information We only ship via FedEx for all Domestic orders. Please make sure to package your items well to avoid damage delays. The domestic shipping rates quoted are for shipping to and from the 48 contiguous United States. Rates are higher for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International Shipments -We ship internationally, but you must provide the outgoing and incoming costs for the shipment of your unit to us on your own. The buyer is responsible for paying any import and/or export fees associated with shipping the item, which can include incoming duty, outgoing duty, and/or brokerage fee (which is determined solely by the shipping company). If you need an alternative, we can also check the rates with the United States Postal Service. We would again just need you to message us with your delivery address to get you an exact quote.Repair Service Items - Make sure the year, make, and model of your vehicle is listed or the unit matches one of the pictures above. If you have any doubts, please contact us directly.
Not all parts can be repaired-If your part is not repairable, we will refund your payment and ship it back to you. If you send in an item that does not match the one in the description, we will again refund your payment and ship it back to you. For more information, please contact us directly.
Warranty-All repair services come with a 60 warranty on all serviced parts only. This warranty does not cover liquid damage, abuse, or damage by a natural cause. Ask about our extended warranties!
Limitation of Liability-Under no circumstances shall NavRepair be held liable for any damages caused by any product or service of any kind; including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or any other special incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.

We offer free return shipping on all repair & programming services. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched via FedEx as soon as possible. Tracking information will be updated in eBay once it becomes available.

30 Day Guaranteed Warranty Info: All repair services feature a 30-day parts/labor warranty starting from the day received by the customer. This warranty covers repairs due to serviced part failure only. Physical damage, abuse, improper use, or unauthorized or improper previous repairs are not covered. This warranty policy is null & void if product(s) have been tampered with. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Option 1: 90 Day Extended Warranty: Our extended warranty covers the serviced parts only starting from the day of purchase, which must be within 90 days of initial repair. It does not cover failures from wear and tear, normal maintenance, accidental damage, or any consequential loss. Shipping to our facility is to be paid by the customer on any warranty claim. We will not refund any incurred installation charges, shipping expenses, or extended warranty payments under any circumstances. All warranties are null & void if product(s) have been tampered with. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Option 2: 1 Year Premier Warranty Info: Our extended warranty covers the serviced parts only starting from the day of purchase, which must be within 365 days of initial repair. It does not cover failures from wear and tear, normal maintenance, accidental damage, or any consequential loss. Shipping to our facility is to be paid by the customer on any warranty claim. We will not refund any incurred installation charges, shipping expenses, or extended warranty payments under any circumstances. All warranties are null & void if product(s) have been tampered with. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We offer free Warranty Repairs on any previous repair work done if you experience any problems after a repair or programming has been completed within the specified 30 days. Please contact us directly to setup a warranty repair.
If you purchased an extended warranty, your extended warranty begins on the 31st day after the date of your original repair. Extended warranties can be purchased anytime within the first 30 days after a repair.
