Daystar has been Designing and Producing Precision Plastic Components for Four Wheel Drive Trucks, Motocross Bikes, Passenger Cars, and Mountain Bikes since 1977. We produce millions of plastic injection molded parts every year on micro processor controlled Van Dorn molding machines ranging in size from 85 to 400 tons. The design and production of elastomeric boots or bellows is a Daystar specialty. We have developed proprietary design software, specialized injection molding bases, special purpose robotics, and unique boring and turning tools that enable us to provide the optimum boot solution to our customer at unrivaled tooling and piece part prices. Daystar is a recognized specialist in manufacturing cast polyurethane elastomeric and microcellular foam parts for the automotive industry. We have developed several families of proprietary polymer formulations that give us the ability to match material properties to the specific application at hand. Engineering excellence is not just a catch phrase at Daystar - it is the foundation of our company. Daystar engineers can execute all aspects of the design process for part modeling and simulation to multi axis toolpath creation. Daystar has been producing high quality injection molds for over 30 years ranging in sophistication from single cavity prototype molds to multicavity molds with hot runners and side actions. Our production facility includes multiple dispensing lines, a clean room for steel preparation for bonding operations, several custom designed automatic parts trimmers, a laboratory for testing part designs and material properties, and most importantly, a skilled team with a proven track record. |

All orders of 199.00 or more and Freight Deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Freight Orders are curbside delivery only.
Shipping Claims
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused immediately; or within the first 48 hours of delivery (no claims can be filed after 10 days of delivery).
- If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage.
- If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill.

Tracking your Order
Once your payment has cleared and we have moved your package to the designated carrier, we will upload and email a tracking number for your purchase. Please go to the carriers website and utilize their tracking tool to watch the progress of the shipment.
TO VIEW YOUR TRACKING NUMBER:
1) Log into your EBAY account
2) Navigate to the "MY ACCOUNT" tab on the upper right side of your screen
3) Click on your EBAY won/purchased item(s)
4) The tracking number may be viewed from this summary screen
5) Depending upon the number of items or the size of each item, more than one tracking number may be available
Should you not see your tracking number posted after the stated handling time, you may contact us to locate or check the status of your item(s). Please note that multiple items may have separate tracking numbers and points of origination which may create different delivery times.

Return Policy
If you are returning merchandise within 15 days from the date of receipt, and the item and its packaging is in NEW condition and has not been installed, modified and is complete, and with all original packaging, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product minus the sellers original cost to ship the item and the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costsOriginal shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are returning merchandise after 15 days, a 15-30% restock fee will apply and store credit will be issued for the balance. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after the 30th day from the purchase date. Any defective item after 30th day will be referred to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Return Process
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- A Return Goods Authorization must accompany all returns.
- All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid a restocking fee.
- Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Serial numbers cannot be altered and UPC code must be intact on box and if missing the item is NON returnable
- Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less sellers outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
- Any restocking fee we use will be a reflection on current market value. We do not support attempts to profit on pro-rate adjustments or price fluctuations.
- We are not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles due to any part we sell.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
The following items CANNOT be returned:
- Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed.
- Rebuildable Type Shocks such as King, Fox, Bilstein,, Custom Shocks, Special Order Shocks, Shocks which have been installed
- Opened electrical items such as computers, Unichips, programmers, wiring kits, etc.
- Custom made floor mats, dash covers, seat covers, car covers or any item that has been monogrammed.
- Closeout or Clearance items.
- Snow Chains.
- Any item that has been custom painted.
- Custom mechanical products.
- Special ordered items.
Order Cancellations
If you are unsure about an order you wish to place for ANY reason, then please contact our sales department before you place an order. We typically cannot stop an order once it has been placed.
PART FITMENT and COMPATIBILITY It is the responsibility of the BUYER to determine the correct fitment of the part for their specific application. We would suggest and encourage you to utilize the manufacturers website to verify all aspects of fitment prior to ordering.
