In some rare cases (for example: chassis, racks, monitors, printers, battery backups) due to weight and/or dimension actual rates may vary. If you have any questions, please contact us beforehand and we will provide you with adjusted rates for large, bulky items. We do offer to ship as freight on a pallet.

Return & Exchange Policy: Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. We prefer you use Ebay Managed Returns. Buyer pays for return shipping. No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item are DOA . There is 20% restocking fee applied to items returned ordered in error, NO EXCEPTIONS.
