We recently purchased the contents of a barn from a life long collector of vintage car parts.  Check out our other auctions and "The Old Car Parts Store" for similar items that have been in storage for the past 40+ years.

Here is a VINTAGE TOROVOCE 6V HORN - ORIGINAL BIG CAR HORN.  This horn is in fair to good used condition (driver) and is being sold for parts or to refurbish.  We have bench tested it and it does not produce sound.  With the cover removed the internal components look to be complete and unmolested.  I would imagine this can be rebuilt or repaired.....perhaps the internal contacts need cleaning?  The exterior is in decent shape.  The cover that goes over the electrical components is dent free and displays well.  The snout / extension where the sound comes out has some mild dings and finish wear throughout but nothing offensive.  The clamp that holds the horn extension is missing but this could be secured with common hardware.  Overall, a decent original with good potential.  Please check out the pictures and ask questions before bidding.  Bid with confidence (see our feedback) and good luck.
