MaxOut™ dry chemical fire extinguishers effectively smother flammable liquid fires without conducting electricity back to the operator - just the type of protection needed in an automotive environment (never use water on a flammable liquid or electrical fire).

MaxOut™ extinguishers containing more than 1 lb. of agent are also rated for common combustibles like wood, paper, rubber, and some plastics. This added effectiveness makes them ideal for marine and home use as well.

For ease of maintenance, all MaxOut™ dry chemical fire extinguishers utilize free flowing and non-caking additives.

The compact MX100 is perfect for storing under your dash or front seat. Fire engine red finish will not fade like anodized units on the market will. It contains a siliconized sodium bicarbonate based dry chemical with free flowing and non-caking additives. This chemical smothers fires in flammable liquids and pressurized gases and will not conduct electricity back to the operator.

Return Information:

  • We at Poly Performance will do everything possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
  • If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
  • Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition.  Items that are defective may also be returned.  We are not responsible for install mistakes.  Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return.  The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area.  Any package without the RA # will be refused.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
  • Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
  • Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping.  Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
