OEM Flat washers do not adequately support the differential.

The movement of the differential results in the mounts breaking loose.

The repair is difficult and can costly.

Nicely machined cups support the OEM rubber isolators.

Do not use with poly aftermarket replacements. 

Poly also defeats the purpose of the isolators to isolate noise and vibration............
