Sirius XM satellite radio module for: 3 Series (E46) from 09/2002 & up without navigation and 09/2003 & up with navigation 5 series (E39) vehicles from 09/2002 & up without navigation must have a single in-dash CD radio, not a cassette radio and all E39 vehicles produced from 7/2003 & up without navigation and from 03/2004 & up with navigation X3 (E83) must have SA 693 (Satellite Radio Preparation) or satellite radio cannot be retrofitted in any way.
