Bought these from thefactorymatch.com brand new.  Very nice bags, will bolt right up, great fitment.  No exhaust cut outs.  Factory installed carpet.  I have installed brand new rubber mounts.

I have decided to go a different way with the bike, so I need to sell these.

They have never seen the road, much less been on the bike more than 5 minutes.  There is one small scratch on the bottom, see photos.  It's about 3/8-1/2" long.  Once they are on bike it is not noticeable.
