Turnaround
Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm EST. Products shipping to a physical address typically ship out within one business day of purchase.  Products being shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO make take up to 3 days from time of purchase.

Where We Ship
Currently we are only shipping within the Continental United States on most products. We are participating in Ebay's Global Shipping program, so that will be an option on whatever products qualify. Sorry if your country is not currently on their list, but that is our only option for global shipping at the moment.

Carriers
We are currently using a combination of USPS, FedEx, and UPS when shipping products. Most small items will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority, while larger items will be shipped either USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.  While many listings will show USPS Priority to be the shipping method, the carrier may vary. We list USPS Priority as the default shipping option so our items are available for those shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO (FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's).

Tracking numbers are provided for all of our shipped products.

Payment

We only accept Paypal as a payment option at this time.

Immediate payment is required on "Buy Now" items. Payment is required within 4 days of purchase for all auctions.

Return Policy

If you are returning merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt, and the item has not been installed, used, modified, and is complete, you may return all or part of the order to receive a full refund for the original purchase price of the product.

  • Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Any returns on "Free Shipping" will forfeit original shipping costs to the seller.
  • Any returns accepted after 30 days are subject to a 15-30% restock fee.
  • Returns must be in original boxes with all the original contents to avoid a restock fee.
  • Absolutely no returns will be accepted on merchandise after 90 days.
