Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. 

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part (if available) or refund the part purchase price, at your choice.

For items damaged in transit we ask you to take a photo of the item and the package and contact us immediately. Please don't attempt to repair item or throw away the packaging - this will make it impossible to recover damages from the shipping carrier. 

Item is eligible for return only under conditions described in this section and eBay buyer protection policies. No returns for items purchased by mistake would be accepted. No refunds on deposits, grade "C" parts or parts described as "not functional". 

Compatibility described in this listing is guaranteed. If your vehicle is listed and the part doesn't fit, you get a full refund. However, if your vehicle is not listed, please do your own research before you buy. 

To return an item you must contact us via eBay message within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). 

Return shipping charges are not refunded.

Yes! We do ship worldwide. There's a handling fee for items going outside U.S. and it is added to shipping cost. The quote you see is a total for shipping and handling.

Large and / or heavy items such as engines, transmissions, axles, most of the body panels, seats, windshields etc. can be shipped to commercial addresses only. They will have to go freight due to the size and weight of a package and freight carriers do not deliver to residences. You will be asked to provide commercial / business address or pick up from nearest terminal if you purchase such item. Please note - if you run business from your place of residence it is NOT considered commercial address

Pick up at our facilities is available free of charge. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. 

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available on request (additional charges apply)

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
