Full details of warranty are as follows:
If Goods become faulty during the period of the warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in writing and/or by completing a warranty claim form (including a description of the fault) and return such Goods to us. Such Goods shall be followed the return procedure and returned to the manufacturer for review, testing and examination, and the manufacturer will not arrange collection for the product. Based on the manufacturers' opinion, we will be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under the Warranty.
The above warranty is given by us subject to you having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.

  • Q1: What horsepower are your connecting rods rated to?
  • A: With ARP 2000 rod bolts, our conrods are good for 600-800 HP. If you need our conrods to hold over 800 HP, please upgrade to ARP L19 rod bolts with additional cost.
  • Q2. What is the torque of the bolts setted?
  • A: The torque of 3/8" thread size ARP rod bolts is 48 foot pound. The torque of 5/16" thread size ARP rod bolts is 28 foot pound.The professional installation is strongly recommended.
  • Q3: Can I use original pistons and rod bearings with these conrods?
  • A: Our conrods are high performance aftermarket replacement conrods. They are designed for floating pin pistons. And we recommend strongly you to use high performance rod bearings. All of our conrods fit for standard size rod bearings.
  • Q4: Why do we choose ARP rods bolts?
  • A: Rod bolt is unquestionably a very important fastener in the engine; they hold the key to the entire rotating assembly. It secure the connecting rod and bearing to the crankshaft. A weak rod bolt in a racing engine means catastrophic disaster and will put your life at risk. The weak rod bolts would broke when the engine run at high rpm, it will cause a instant failure of the race and the lost of an expensive engine. We only use and sell ARP rod bolts.
