These inverters have been tested to 90% of the continuous/peak power rating for 6 hours connected directly to deep cycle batteries.

Notes:

1.    Peak - means the amount of watts/power it can handle when the device spikes during initial start up.

2.    The start power of some appliances will be 3-7 times higher than constant power, such as a fridge, icebox, drill, washing machine, water pump, microwave oven, oven, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, halogen lamp etc. Overload/overheat protection is built in causing cut out.

3.    Please make sure the constant power of our inverter meets your needs before ordering.

4.    This is a modified sine wave inverter, which means it can create feedback noise (low hum) through some devices with audio output. Pure sine wave inverters cancel out this feedback but are considerably more expensive due to their circuitry.

5.    Place the inverter on a reasonably flat surface, either horizontally or vertically. 

6.    Keep the inverter dry. Avoid placing the inverter on or near heating vents, radiators, in direct sunlight or other sources of heat. 

7.    DO NOT plug small appliances into the inverter AC receptacles to directly recharge their nickel-cadmium batteries. 

8.    DO NOT plug in battery chargers for cordless power tools if the charger carries a warning that dangerous voltages are present at the battery terminals. Always read the manual of the device to plug in before connecting to any inverter before use.

9.    Not recommended to run constantly 24/7, these are designed for backup usage or emergency use where normal 220v supply is not available.

10. If the output power of the device is higher than 200W, we strongly recommend you use the Crocodile Clips to a battery (included) and not the cigarette lighter, because your car cigarette lighter outlet might not afford power over 200W.
