Domestic shipping is free for most items to the Lower 48 States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the Lower 48 States and will need to be invoiced for shipping. The shipping method will be determined by Fox River Cycle with the safety of the package and best shipping price in mind. International customers, please contact us before payment about shipping charges as sometimes eBay's shipping calculator can miscalculate prices. International customs duties and taxes are paid by the receiver.

If an item is delivered damaged or defective please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. Returns or exchanges of brand new, unopened, completely factory sealed products are welcome within 14 days of delivery date. Unless an item is deemed by the manufacturer to be defective, we do not accept any returns on used items. This includes but is not limited to items showing signs of installation or attempted/improper installation (mounting marks, scratches, scuffs), mounted tires/wheels, windshields, discolored exhaust, programmed fuel tuners, bluetooth/communication devices, apparel, items installed contrary to manufacturer’s specifications, seats, etc. All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. Electrical parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturer first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or a full refund will be issued if the item is no longer available. If an item is returned for any reason other than being damaged or defective (ie: buyer's remorse) the purchase will be refunded (minus a 20% restocking fee) and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Electrical parts are not eligible for returns.
