We produce all types of rubber hoses for all model cars.
The brake hose is produced in our company since we have our own vulcanizing and drying ovens. Rubber internal and external elements are created specially to resist brake liquid , erosion and ozone produced by the engine.
Hose is subjected to strict destructive tests everyday, and the results are filed and recorded in our quality Systems.
Once all brake hose tests are approved, the brake hoses are transferred into the assembly line.
Consists of an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, two braids of high toughness synthetic yarn, and an oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover that help the hose resist high pressure and meet SAE J1401 standards.
All our products are produced under international standards such as SAE J1401 and IRAM-CETIA 6F1 Class A and our products undergone are subject to trials and final checks in our internal and external labs. All results are filed and recorded in our quality systems. Once all brake hose tests are approved, the brake hoses are transferred into the assembly line which ensures the quality of all products.
Max. Resistance: 12000 LB.
All of our products manufactured under ASTM B117 standards.
Protected against rust and oxidation with an electrolytic zinc bath.

Registered Airmail Service that includes tracking number and insurance amount.
