JE PISTONS 291059 FORGED DISH PISTONS 99.5MM BORE

JE pistons are specifically engineered for extreme applications and professional competition. In this environment the higher compression ratios, higher boost levels and heavier nitrous usage necessitate the need for higher tensile strength 2618 aluminum alloy. There features include, uniform crown thickness, contact reduction groove to minimize frictional drag, accumulator groove for increased top ring stability and sealing, CNC-machined side relief with lower support band for additional skirt strength. Honed pin bores, double pressure fed pin oilers, wire locks, and premium performance piston rings are also included.

MANLEY EJ20 / EJ25 - ECONOMICAL "H" BEAM STEEL CONNECTING RODS

Manley "H" Beam connecting rods are manufactured from 4340 forgings to the same exacting standards developed and approved by our original equipment customers. There is a vast difference in quality between a Manley "H" Beam and the "other" inexpensive H-Beams on the market. Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams. Perfectly round big and small ends. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" ARP 2000 for the "H" Beam and 3/8" ARP Custom Age 625+ for the H-Plus.
