These Platinum Series Flexplates are engineered to handle extreme duty applications and designed to take the punishment of today's high horsepower engines. The .187" thick core provides a solid foundation for these new designs. Ring gears are precision welded to meet SFI specifications, utilizing robotic machiner and cold-welding process. PRW flexplates are engineered for excellence and are rigorously inspected throughout the manufacturing cycle to ensure that our customers receive the quality that they have come to expect from PRW products.
Wherever possible, PRW flexplates are designed to accomodate various sizes and styles of specialty torque converters. If you have the need to adapt between Ford and GM torque converters, your transmission specialist will understand the added value of the interchangeibility of our PRW flexplates to adapt GM transmission and torque converter applications.
