In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are “Accessories and Extra Parts.” No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, injectors, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds,etc. Replace oil and oil filter prior to use. Inspect and replace if necessary the following parts: valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, timing belts or chains. Replace thermostat, gasket, spark plugs, and flush cooling system. Warranty is voided if the above steps are not completed.

Accessories that are not included with our engines are starters, alternators, power steering pumps, a/c compressors and/or all brackets.

 MOST COMPUTER MODULES MUST BE REPROGRAMMED BY THE DEALERSHIP OR A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC.

Steering columns do not include the air bag and the steering wheel 

We do not color match any of our painted parts

Door's do not inlude mirrors or door panels

Ujoints are not warrantied and should be replaced before installation of the driveshaft

All body parts will show some kind of wear I.E, scratches, dings, scuffs, light lip rust, clear coat peeling, etc.

If the item was not as described in the listing we will replace it free of charge or refund your full purchase price. If you ordered the wrong part then original shipping cost and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. We ship via UPS from Portland, Oregon , and a tracking number  will be uploaded when the part is shipped ,so please allow proper time. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us through ebay messaging within 24 hrs for instructions.

If your buying anything that is getting shipped via freight truck (i.e engine, transmissions, transfer cases, axles, doors, seats, decklids, tailgates, bumpers etc) we need a business name and business address that is capable of unloading a freight truck or a shipping terminal for our flate rate shipping.  No residential shipping! We do not allow for you to arrange your own shipping. 

All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery. The delivery driver will have paper work for you to sign, DO NOT sign if there is any damage to the item as a result of shipping. If you sign, we will not be able to process a damage claim for the item. Signing the freight paper work means you assume liability for any shipping damage. We will not take any returns for damaged freight if you sign for the freight paper work on a item damaged from shipping.

We are a salvage & recycling facility with well over 50,000 parts. The part you are purchasing is a used part. Please contact us if you need pictures, for there is no possible way for us to post individual pics with every listing. We will try our hardest to please our customers, and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase
If you cannot find a part that you need in the store, please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it and the price. Due to high demand, short supply or human error,or if the part is found to be damaged when removed. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and give you a  full refund.

Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
