NOS.  Double check year  and model for your application.  The info looks like this is the same for the 610T and the 611T.  The handwriting on the box says "51-5".  I replaced the speaker wires as they just fell apart when I pulled them out.  The little clip broke on the back and I replaced it.  That was all that was changed.  I will send a piece of the original speaker wiring to the winner.  There are a few resistors that are out of tolerance in the unit, but left untouched.  This may or may not work as is.  Never hooked it up or tested the vibrator.  This has one 6x4 rectifier tube and a 6AQ5 audio output tube.  This is a rare item and NOS!!!!
